CLIENT-CENTERED: A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO REAL ESTATE
Whether helping people find homes that they love, sell homes that no longer meet their needs, or organize the homes they’re currently in, Nancy Nino is passionate about providing services that enhance her client’s island lifestyles.
Her primary focus is to understand what her clients want and need at the deepest level. Consequently, her goal is to provide customized, personalized, timely, and compassionate service that helps connect each client with just the right home for them given their vision, their needs, and their season of life.
T.S. Eliot said, “Home is where one starts from.” The youngest of ten kids, Nancy “started from” a big, cozy, rowdy home that was full of love. Home was a place of great joy for her throughout childhood and beyond…
And isn’t that what the ideal home is? In its highest sense, "home" is a place you want to be!
A FAMILY LEGACY IN REAL ESTATE
Nancy comes from a long line of real estate owners and investors. Her maternal and paternal grandparents were owners and investors in Northern California real estate, a legacy which was passed down to her parents and ultimately her generation where all her siblings are active in the field.
She has over 20 years experience as an investor in residential and commercial real estate in six different California counties, plus a condo home in Honolulu.
She has personal experience in multiple 1031 exchanges and works regularly with accounting and financial planning professionals to maximize real estate profits and apply sound strategy to my real estate investment approach.
THE ROAD TO REAL ESTATE
Born and raised in Northern California, Nancy earned her BA in English from Santa Clara University and MFA in Creative Writing from San Jose State University. She worked for eight years in marketing communications, event management, and project management at my undergraduate alma mater, Santa Clara University.
Working in that fast-paced, ever-changing dynamic of event management, she honed her skills at working well under pressure (think the 1980’s “Dry Idea” commercial… “Never let them see you sweat!)
Simultaneously, her obsession with the details and her ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in that position primed her for the 24/7 life of a dedicated Realtor.
A life-long learner, she took every opportunity in the university environment to grow her skill sets in marketing, communications, online media, and personal networking, all skills which are highly valuable in the work of a Realtor.
Eager for adventure and the prospect of perpetual warm weather, she moved to Hawaii on January 1, 2008. Within months of arrival, she started a professional organizing business, devoted to help people have less stress, more time, and greater joy through a more organized lifestyle.
For nearly a decade, Nancy and her Aloha Organizers staff have been assisting retirees, families, and busy professionals in their desire for greater organization and peace of mind in their homes and businesses.
THE ROAD TO COLDWELL BANKER PACIFIC PROPERTIES
Nancy's time spent with organizing clients in their personal spaces impressed upon her the concept of “home” as a place that supports and sustains you. To that end, in 2016 she got her real estate license and become a Realtor Associate with Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties.
She chose to hang her license with Coldwell Banker for multiple reasons, including the longevity of the firm (founded in 1906), the strength of its infrastructure and national brand, as well as the network of 600+ agents on the island of Oahu alone!
While she's still involved at the management level of Aloha Organizers, her organizing clients are primarily serviced by her capable and dedicated staff so she can focus on the needs of the real estate business.

THE FUN STUFF
Nancy loves hanging out with her friends and hanai parents (Maureen and Dennis), as well as visiting family on the mainland whenever she can. She likes to nerd out on books about real estate, business, God, and wellness, and she loves to hike, play tennis, cook, and laugh excessively.
